A cartoon character is the reason why I want to go there. The first train takes more than a day and only has one stopover in the early morning hours, just in time to get a good view of the sun rising in the Outback.

… runs once a week, … and has showers on board.

There are faster ways to travel …

… but I would miss out on what lies between:

The town appears deserted …

… with the mine in the background …

… and the exception of some early morning traffic.

I return to the train …

… and it takes most of the day …

… to my next stop.

In the first light of the day I board another train …

… that takes another day …

… to get me to:

The next morning I fly from here to there …

… where I see the Devil.
